FNS 231 - Principles of Funeral Management I

Introduces the basic social, religious, ethical and psychological factors that influence funeral service. Teaches telephone techniques and etiquette and acceptable funeral terminology. Studies the various types of religious, fraternal and military funeral services. Lecture: 4 hours per week.
