WEL 116 - Welding I (Oxyacetylene)

Teaches oxygen/acetylene welding and cutting including safety of equipment, welding, brazing and soldering procedures and cutting procedures Lecture: 1 hour. Laboratory: 3 hours. Total: 4 hours per week. An additional career and technical education course specific fee of $25.00 per credit hour applies to this course. The price is discounted 50% to $12.50 per credit hour for the 2026-27 academic year only.

Prerequisite(s): Pre- or Co-requisites: SAF 130 and WEL 150.
