EMS 241 - Paramedic Internship I

Introduces students to live patient assessment and management in the clinical and field setting. Begins a continuum of learning involving live patients that leads to entry-level competence at the paramedic level. Part I of II. Laboratory: 6 hours per week.

Prerequisite(s): Current Virginia EMT and CPR certification as approved by the Virginia Office of EMS.
