ESL 37 - Academic Reading I

5 credits
Provides instruction and practice in reading and vocabulary development at the high-intermediate level. Develops reading fluency and comprehension of short texts. Increases high-frequency and academic vocabulary. Credits are not applicable toward graduation. Lecture: 5 hours per week.

Prerequisite(s): Placement into ESL 37 or completion of ESL 27.
